I am fascinated by the impact of change on people. Even positive change, that you have chosen to participate in, can be disruptive. Too often, when planning for change in our professional or our personal lives, we think about the change itself without considering the other changes that change will generate, or the people who will be affected by the change. My mission in life is to help people understand the nature of change and make it less painful and easier to navigate.

Learning to Trust the Universe

On June 28, 2019 By Libby RomfhIn Change, ThoughtsLeave a comment

I have been trying a new approach lately to achieving my goals. I read so many books each year that it’s sometimes hard to even remember what I’ve read. It’s only May and I’ve read over 15 new books, re-read four of those that I loved so much that I wanted to wallow in them, started another ten that I’m working through when I travel – and …

Gratitude for a Bad Experience

On May 13, 2019 By Libby RomfhIn ThoughtsLeave a comment

I awoke this morning angry at (and terrified by) all the obligations that I feel this week. The requests people make of me that they do not even realize are unreasonable and that I cannot tell them are unreasonable because, to them, they make perfect sense. They just do not realize how tenuous my hold …
