I’m fascinated with how people navigate change, and what we can do in our lives to make change easier to navigate.

Everyone experiences change in their lives, sometimes it’s change that we choose and sometimes it’s change that we weren’t expecting.  We also create change for others in our lives, for our families, for our employees, for our colleagues – again, sometimes we do this deliberately, and sometimes choosing change for ourselves unexpectedly catapults others into change they weren’t expecting.

In this blog, I’ll be exploring different aspects of change, how to navigate it, and what we can do to alleviate the stress that comes with change, for ourselves and for others.

My perspective is informed by my MS in Organizational Change Management and 20+ years managing change professionally for a large national retailer.  I encourage you to share your perspective so I can learn from you.
